If the roof doesn’t need repair, he won’t tell you it does just to collect money. There have been many occasions where he’s been out to a property and states that it’s in good condition with no need to repairs. When a roof does need repairs, he’ll be conservative and try to save you money as well. His work is top notch! “Highly recommend! Troy and crew installed French Drains on our house yesterday, cause we were having the yard flooded with mud and water. He found collapsed pipes that were installed by the builder! I would have never known had we not done this project. This morning we sat on our patio and we can hear all the rain running down the new drains and out to the street. “Troy with Guardian Roofing set up an appointment for my gutters and came by before and during the job to check on the progress and answer any questions I might have. They have over 40 gutter colors, all baked on paint. My color match was so perfect it makes the gutters invisible. The workers cleaned up as they worked and even blew the pine needles off of my roof. I also has leaf and pine needle screens installed on my gutters. The screens are very well made and very fine mesh. These are the roof and gutter people to call!!”

When they go, so does the warranty. We have full confidence in the roof, but know that if there are any issues or questions that need to be answered (sometimes things happen), they will be around.
